I'm never quite sure how to respond. While I do play with horses, I find that I don't whisper to horses so much as I talk to horse owners. I work with you, the horse owner, and teach you how to communicate and train your horse - I help you build a strong connection and truly bond with your horse!
With a few simple exercises from the ground and the saddle, you will have a more calm, responsive, and safer riding partner.
Becoming a horse owner brings with it not only the fun of riding, it also raises countless questions: how do I take care of my horse, where do I find a veterinarian or farrier I can trust, how do I train or improve my horse's ground-manners and response in the saddle, what should I feed my horse and why, which bit should I use.... and so many more.
Top Horse Solutions was created by a horse owner - me - who came into horses late in life. I had so many questions and received too many conflicting answers: use this bit not that one, use this leg to turn your horse, not that one, use a tie-down to keep a horse's head down, feed oats - no, grain - no, oats... I found so many "helpful" horse people offering answers but few could esplain in a manner I could understand the why of their answer.
I listened, tried to make sense of the well meaning, yet conflicting information, and began playing with many horses. Over the past few years - I have lost count - well over 200 horses of differing breeds, characteristics, and temperments have taught me much, and I continue to learn more each day from these honorable creatures.
